GraphState provides commissioned health-access analytics built on an empirical national infrastructure graph: what we publish openly is an answer; what we provide commercially is the capability to ask.
Commissioned work covers always-on monitoring of your operational areas, pre-event baselines, full-depth settlement and facility data, and planning scenarios — including cross-border and network-disruption what-ifs — delivered as dashboards, exports, or API, with support and response-time commitments.

When a major disaster triggers a public emergency mapping activation — a Copernicus EMS activation or an event of comparable scale — GraphState publishes an open analysis of its impact on health-care access: who is cut off, who is delayed, which facilities will carry the surge.
These releases are free, public, and permanent, licensed for public-interest use, because timely situational awareness in a disaster should not depend on a contract.
This commitment is deliberately scoped. It covers declared public emergencies; it does not cover on-request analyses, routine monitoring, specific operational areas, or planning scenarios — that is the work our clients commission, and it is what funds the open releases.
Organizations engaged in an active response can apply for full operational access to an emergency release — data exports, integration, scenario runs — granted free of charge.
